COMPANY Summary

Continuous Composites is on the forefront of additive manufacturing technology using a novel, continuous fiber-based, 3D printing process. Our engineering team is looking for an experienced, talented, and passionate software engineer to further this technology, working in a dynamic, fast-paced, challenging, and cross-functional work environment.

Your role on the team

As a member of the software engineering team, you will research, prototype, and implement cutting edge, continuous fiber, additive manufacturing technology. You will be working intimately with advanced computational geometric topics and concepts, as well as physical analysis and process optimization. You will also help lead the scaling and growth of our technology, heavily investing in code quality, testing, tooling, and infrastructure. You will have upfront project ownership and responsibility, and your ideas will directly influence the product and process.

What we're looking for
EXPERIENCE
  • M.S. or B.S degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
  • Strong experience in C++, object-oriented programming and design skills, data structures, and scripting languages like Python.
  • Strong mathematical background relating to advanced mathematic and geometric concepts and spatial data.
  • Experience with numerical methods.
  • Ability to analyze large features and implement practical solutions.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate across many teams.
  • 1+ years of related industry experience.
